The long wait is finally over.  On November 21, Amer Abdallah will be competing for his first world title when he takes on Gareth Richards in Lockport, NY.

However, before a title can be strapped around his waist, Abdallah must go through the rigors of training camp.  We talked to the recent Las Vegas transplant to get his thoughts on the opportunity before him, as well as the work he needs to put in to achieve his ultimate goal.
